When you purchase a ticket we collect your name and email address. We also store your payment confirmation reference (we do not store card details — these are handled securely by Square).
2. How we use it
We use your information to process your order, send your tickets, and (if you opted in) to send you updates about future events. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Order data is retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data outside of this legal requirement by contacting us.
4. Third parties
We use Square for payment processing and Postmark for transactional emails. Both are GDPR compliant. Your card details are processed directly by Square and never touch our servers.
5. Your rights

6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to manage your checkout process. This cookie is essential and cannot be disabled. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
