All tickets purchased through eitickets are issued as e-tickets with QR codes.

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tickets. Each ticket includes a unique QR code that will be scanned at the venue entrance.

You do not need to print your tickets. Most venues can scan the QR code directly from your phone. If you prefer, you can print the email and bring the printed QR code with you.

At the venue, tickets can normally be scanned directly from your phone. In some cases, the promoter may also be able to locate your booking using your name or order reference.

Where to find your tickets

Your confirmation email — Your tickets are included in the order confirmation email sent after purchase.

Your eitickets account — If you create an account using the same email address used when purchasing tickets, your tickets will appear automatically in your account. View your tickets here.

Important notes

  • Tickets are always issued as e-tickets with QR codes
  • Physical tickets are not issued
  • Tickets are not sent as PDF attachments

If you have purchased tickets but cannot find them, do not worry. In most cases the tickets have been delivered, but the email has landed somewhere unexpected.

Sometimes ticket emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. Try searching your inbox for eitickets or the event name.

Check the email address used when ordering

Your tickets are sent to the email address used during checkout. If you have more than one email account, make sure you are checking the correct one.

If you create an account using the same email address used for your order, your tickets will automatically appear there. Log in and view them here.

Please email us and include: the event name, the email address you may have used, the date you placed the order, and your order reference if you have it.

If you cannot find your ticket email, you can still access your tickets at any time through your eitickets account.

Your account shows all tickets linked to your email address, including both upcoming and past events.

Do I need an account to access tickets?

No. You do not need an account to buy tickets or attend an event. However, creating an account can make it easier to find your tickets again if you lose the original confirmation email.

Logging in to your account

If you do not remember your password, you can request a magic login link that will be sent to your email. This allows you to access your account without needing to enter a password. Once logged in, you can reset your password if you would like to.

If you accidentally entered the wrong email address when purchasing tickets, do not worry. In many cases we can still help locate your order.

Please contact our support team and include if possible: the event name, the approximate date and time you placed the order, the email address you may have entered, and the last four digits of the card used for payment.

Refunds for events sold through eitickets must first be approved by the event promoter. Because promoters organise and manage the events themselves, they decide whether refunds can be issued.

Requesting a refund

If you would like to request a refund, please contact the event promoter directly. If the promoter approves the refund, eitickets will process the refund using the original payment method.

Once processed

  • The ticket becomes invalid and can no longer be used for entry
  • The refund normally appears within 3 to 5 business days

If a refund is approved after the promoter has already been paid out, the promoter will arrange the refund directly with you.

If an event is cancelled, customers will automatically receive a full refund. You do not need to request a refund.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used when the tickets were purchased. You should normally see the refund appear within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.

Customers will receive an email confirming that the event has been cancelled, the amount being refunded, and the order reference. Your tickets will automatically become invalid once the refund is processed.

If an event is moved to a new date, the promoter will announce the change and update the event details. In most cases your existing tickets will remain valid for the new date.

If you cannot attend the new date, you should contact the event promoter directly. Promoters organise the events and decide how refund requests are handled when an event is rescheduled.

If the promoter approves a refund, eitickets will process the refund using the original payment method.

No. You do not need an eitickets account to buy tickets. You can purchase tickets as a guest by entering your email address during checkout.
