About This Event
Struck/Down and Hammerdown Presents... Struck/Down: Struck/Down are a 5 piece modern metal / groove metal outfit from the heart of Kent, with clean vocals and heavy riffs. Drawing on their shared love of classic groove metal and modern metal and utilising sub-genres to make the music their own. Notable influences include: Black Sabbath, Machine Head, Black Label Society, Gojira and Lamb of God. In 2021 the band performed at Bloodstock before returning to the studio. In 2023, they released the EP ‘To Witches’ with critical acclaim from Metal Hammer and ERB. The following EP release show was sold out, and was followed by supporting Raging Speedhorn. In 2024 the band released 3 brand new singles, with ‘Our Decline’ surpassing 100k streams, in no small part due to the band’s rapid rise on Tiktok, gaining nearly 30,000 followers in just a few months. With the release of the album “Queue For The Cure” the band reach new heights as they begin to tour the UK in its stead. Support TBA Hammerdown All In LTD
