All tickets purchased through EI Tickets are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or void tickets obtained fraudulently.
Refunds are only available if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be contacted at the email address provided at checkout. Service fees are non-refundable.
Events may be subject to change. EI Tickets is not responsible for changes made by event organisers, including changes to lineup, venue, or date.
Ticket holders must present their QR code (printed or on a mobile device) for entry. EI Tickets accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.
EI Tickets acts as a ticketing agent on behalf of event organisers. Our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

When you purchase a ticket we collect your name and email address. We also store your payment confirmation reference (we do not store card details — these are handled securely by Square).
We use your information to process your order, send your tickets, and (if you opted in) to send you updates about future events. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Order data is retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data outside of this legal requirement by contacting us.
We use Square for payment processing and Postmark for transactional emails. Both are GDPR compliant. Your card details are processed directly by Square and never touch our servers.

We use a single session cookie to manage your checkout process. This cookie is essential and cannot be disabled. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
